Generating qualified sales leads

  • Generate and qualify prospects through direct mail, e-mail, direct response advertising, and telemarketing
  • Introduce new sales representatives and/or dealers through direct and e-mail
  • Develop customer service programs, including the handling of customer complaints and problems
  • Follow up representative sales calls with complementary direct mail, fax, and e-mail
  • Advance the sales process until face-to-face sales representatives’ involvement is required
  • Team with sales representatives for appropriate contacts (i.e direct mall and telemarketing)
