Q: How will my company benefit from a dealer-support program developed by Hogan Direct?

Q:  Is Hogan Direct’s program for any company that sells its products through independent dea;ers or decentralized company-owned sales offices?

A:  No; however, it’s perfectly suited for those companies that sell high-end products (e.g., corporate aircraft, commercial buildings) and/or services (large building restoration projects).  It’s a fully integrated direct marketing program comprised of highly personalized lead-generation direct mailings, personalized, attention-getting fulfillment mailings, follow-up telemarketing, and other hand-holding processes, so it is more expensive, yet fully cost-justified in advance of commencement.

Q: How is Hogan Direct’s program better than other direct marketing programs?

A: Unlike most dealer-support direct marketing programs, this one gives your dealers far greater control from the start.  And after they enroll, it allows them to make timely decisions about increasing, decreasing, or postponing mailings according to the specific needs of their business.

Q: What types of businesses and who within these businesses will receive my dealers’ mailings?

We normally target the types of businesses that have historically been our clients’ most profitable customers.  Your dealers’ mailings will be personally addressed to key decision makers within each business.

Q: What other criteria are used in selecting the businesses my dealers’ mailings will reach?

A: Mailings will be sent to businesses of a certain size – again based on the sizes of companies that represent your ideal customer.  Size is generally determined by a company’s annual revenue and number of employees.

Q: How deliverable is the mailing list?

A: Normally direct marketing list compilers guarantee 95% deliverability.

Q: Will my dealers have an opportunity to submit address records from their companies’ own mailing lists?

A: Yes.  In fact we encourage and recommend that your dealers supply their own lists of prospects whenever possible.  They can be assured their lists of prospects will be treated with absolute confidence.

Q: Will my dealers have copies of their mailing lists?

A: Yes. Once they have enrolled in the Dealer-Support program we create for your company,  each of your dealers who elects to participate in the program will receive a Password that provides them access to address records that are placed in their secured section of an intranet web site.  They will be asked to identify which of these companies they do and do not want to contact.

Q: Can my dealers make changes to their direct and e-mail lists before mailing?

A: Yes. In fact, we recommend and encourage each dealer to submit a list of businesses in his or her area they would like to have as customers.  They will have the opportunity to review and make changes to their lists the first lead-generation mailing goes in the mail

Q: Can dealers produce their own mailings using names and addresses listed in their website listing?

A: This depends on the terms of our agreement with the list compilers and managers.

Q: When participating in Hogan Direct’s Dealer-Support Progrm, will the companies that appear in one of my dealer’s secured website be for that dealer’s use only?  Or, will other participating dealers have access to the same listing of business suspects?

A: We safeguard each dealer’s list from other dealers’ lists so that an addressee won’t receive the same mailing from two or more of your dealers. Besides creating confusion, receiving two of the same letter signed by two different dealers detracts greatly from the believability of the personalized letter format that we typically use in our dealer-support programs.

Q: Who will receive the responses to my mailings?

A: Whether a respondent chooses to mail back the Reply Form or calls the toll-free telephone number we set up for your company, our Fulfillment Center will handle the responses generated by your dealer-support program.  Fulfillment mailings are sent to respondents within 24 hours.

Q: Will my dealers be able to enroll in the Dealer-Support Program at any time?

A: Yes.  After reading and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions for enrollment in the program we develop with you for your dealers, they may enroll on line with the intranet web site or submit a printed Enrollment Form at any time.

Q: How will my dealers know when each mailing has been mailed?

A. When they enroll in the Dealer-Support Program we develop for your company, their names will automatically be added to their own mailing list.  They can normally assume their prospects receive their mail the same day your dealer receives his (or hers).

Q: How will my dealers receive their sales leads?

A. Sales lead information will be posted on each dealer’s secured portion of a Lead-Generation intranet site we will create and maintain for your company’s Dealer-Support Program the same day the lead is received.  In addition, the lead information will be e-mailed and/or faxed to your dealers on the same day it is posted by our Fulfillment Center.
